How do I return an item?
DO NOT return perishable items to our facility. We ask that you inspect meat items upon delivery. Meat should be cool to the touch (the gel packs may or may not be defrosted). If you believe that your product has arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. In the extremely rare case that a meat item arrives in poor condition, we will be happy to replace it for you. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient will be available to receive the product on the delivery day. All meat items should be immediately refrigerated upon receipt. We can not be responsible for packages refused at delivery.
