Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors has supplied meat to restaurants and hotels for almost a century and this endeavor continues to be our main focus. We have a full aging room with over 5,000 primals aging at any given time of America’s best Choice and Prime Beef. Custom cutting and portioning are our specialty. We grind over 50 different special blends of meat every night. Our hamburger operation makes every size burger from 2 to 10 ounces in Organic, All Natural, Pasture Raised, Grass Fed, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Veal, Lamb and Buffalo selections.

We work with small farms from all around the country to seek the best meats from the best growers. Let our processing facility be your custom butcher shop, for we do not charge any additional fees for portioning. We deliver 6 days a week to NYC and 5 days a week up and down the East Coast.
