- Why does the app take a while to download?
The app is very large – we have almost an hour of great video as well as large graphics – like the 360 degree spinning meat. - Once the app is downloaded, do I need a wifi connection to access all the contents?
No! All the content lives native on the app, meaning you won't need a wifi connection to access all the cool features. - Why can't I hear sound when I play a video in the app?
Make sure that the audio mute side switch on your iPad is in the 'off' position and not toggled down. The side switch is on the top right side of your iPad, next to the volume control buttons.
Double-check if the switch has been set to mute the device. If it is switched is activated and you can see an orange dot below it, then iPad audio is muted, and no sound will play in the app. (Sometimes you can turn up your volume using the buttons, but with the side switch activated, there will be no sound.)
You can also check if you are muted by double-tapping on the iPad home button to activate the app menu bar, and swipe left to see audio controls. The sound volume is controlled by the audio mute button all the way on the left, and you can see if it's muted and select to play sound it there.

Yes. Most will be free, simple updates as we strive to constantly improve the app and its performance. - I'd love to have an iPhone version of the app to sync it with my iPad. Can you do
