Our Dry-Aged Original Burger Blend is the same blend that was developed by our grandfather over 90 years ago, but using 30-day dry-aged beef. This blend is a combination of chuck, brisket, and short-rib Dry-Aged American Black Angus Beef. The chuck, specifically the flat iron portion of it, brings a New York Strip Steak flavor to the burger. The brisket adds enough fat to keep the burger juicy, while the short-rib imparts a hint of sweetness. This versatile blend tastes great cooked to any level of doneness.
